Flow With Joce is a space for real people, real bodies, and real life.
I created this space because yoga, to me, is not about perfect poses or performance. It’s about learning how to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and build a relationship with your body that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
My classes are breath-led, mindful, and functional — designed to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in your body, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after time away.
Alongside being a yoga teacher, I also work as a medical doctor. This means my teaching is shaped by both traditional yoga practice and a modern understanding of how the body and mind work together. My aim is always to guide movement with care, clarity, and respect for individual needs, supporting sustainable wellbeing rather than quick fixes.
