Private Yoga Sessions

I offer personalised 1:1 sessions designed around your goals, movement needs, and experience level.


Sessions are available both online and in person (Oxford and surrounding areas).

Corporate & Workplace Wellbeing

I also provide yoga and mindful movement sessions for organisations, teams, and workplace wellbeing programmes.

Sessions can be tailored to:

  • stress reduction

  • mobility and injury prevention
