Refund Policy
Overview
This policy outlines the terms relating to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for all services provided by Flow With Joce, including group classes, private sessions, online sessions, and workshops or events.
By booking a session or class, you agree to the terms below.
Group Classes
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a booked class:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class may be transferred to a future class (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Late arrival may result in the session being missed without refund, as classes begin promptly to ensure a safe and settled practice environment.
Private 1:1 Sessions
Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Refunds

Private sessions are generally non-refundable once booked.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Flow With Joce.
Block Bookings
Block sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Unused sessions outside the agreed period are non-refundable.

Individual sessions within a block remain subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy.
Online Community / Donation-Based Classes
Block sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Workshops & Special Events
Workshops or events may have separate cancellation terms stated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise specified:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer.

Cancellations made within 7 days are generally non-refundable.
Processing Fees
Where payments are made through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe), any transaction fees that are not recoverable may be deducted from any refund issued.
Instructor Cancellations
If a class or session is cancelled by Flow With Joce:

You will be offered a rescheduled session, credit, or full refund.
