FAQs
Starting yoga or joining a new class often comes with questions - and that's completely normal.
This page answers the most common questions about classes, bookings, online sessions, pricing, cancellations, and what to expect when you practice with me, so everything feels clear and comfortable before you begin.
My approach combines mindful movement with practical understanding of real bodies and real life, creating. a supportive space where you can practice at your own pace - whether you're completely new to yoga or returning to your mat.
If you don't see your question here, please feel free to get in touch. I'm always happy to help.
1
Are classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Classes are designed to meet you where you are. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced. Options and variations are always offered so you can practice safely and confidently at your own pace.
2
What style of yoga do you teach?
My teaching combines breath-led movement, functional mobility, and mindful awareness. The approach blends traditional yoga principles with a practical understanding of how the body moves in everyday life.
3
What if I’m not flexible or feel nervous about joining?
Many people feel this way at first. Classes are welcoming, non-competitive, and focused on real-life movement rather than perfect shapes. The intention is to help you feel more at home in your body — not to perform.
4
Is this safe if I have stiffness, injuries, or health concerns?
Classes are designed with sustainability and body awareness in mind. You’ll always be encouraged to move within your own limits and choose options that feel right for you.
My teaching is informed by both yoga training and medical understanding of movement and wellbeing — however sessions are for wellbeing and are not medical treatment.
5
